Great prices with service to your door.
"We apologize for any website problems as we are upgrading our system. Thank you for your patience!"
On-Site PC Repair is an east Tennessee based company specializing in on-site service for repairs, maintenance and upgrades of computer systems, networks and software. We offer one time fix services based on job as well as service plans to cover both home and small to medium business needs.
In today's computing world your PC's are attacked constantly by the multitudes of spyware, malware, adware, viruses, key loggers, dialers and other hosts of internet nasties who want nothing more than to slow down or crash your machine, steal or delete your precious data, steal your identity or credit card numbers and otherwise wreck havoc on your life. Even the best of us get infected, and estimates by experts say that more than 85% of all PC's currently on the internet are infected with some form of spyware or adware. It is now proven that without a firewall between your PC and the internet, your computer will be infected with self-propagating viruses in less than 4 minutes
Company Statement
Our goal is to provide the best possible computer repair services, as fast as can be achieved, while still maintaining high quality work at a price the common consumer can afford. Business professionals cannot afford to have their computer put into a shop for a week or more to only receive a machine that may not be repaired to their satisfaction, while still costing a small fortune. On-Site PC Repair hopes to change the view of usual PC repair services by offering fast and friendly service, at your home or business, for all of your IT related services. If the job cannot be completed on-site, or if it would not be financially beneficial to the customer, we will pick up the equipment from your location, and at a pre-arranged time, have the equipment returned, reconnected, and verify it's working condition to your satisfaction, while answering any questions you may have. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the work completed, we will make it right.
Company News
Update: We are currently working hard on a site redesign which may cause some pages to load incorrectly, be not found, or still have placeholder content in place. We hope to have the site back in full working order within a few days and will be including several new features such as forums and a company blog.
Site Changes
After some work we have desided on a few site redisigns as well as the decision to add a company forum and blog to the site to make posting technical news and updates faster and with less overhead as before, and having an area for people to interact to help solve problems and answer questions. The blog is in place but until the website is finished with final draft coding it will not be updated as much as we would like for around another week, the forums however are up and functioning. We have tried to keep registration simple, and will try to keep it that way as long as spammers remain a minimum hassle on the forum topics. Thanks to everyone helping with the code and design.
